Website Conduct

The following section outlines the conduct users are bound by while using the PMC Service.

Users of the PMC service agree to only produce content, whether it be posts, photos, moving images, audio, messages and comments among other material, that is both legal and suitable to the general public. Users in turn agree that when using the PMC service they will not engage in any of the following activities:

  1. engage in attacks of any kind against any member or user of the PMC service;
  2. create and/or post content that is sexually explicit in nature;
  3. post or transmit any malicious code that is in any way destructive in nature;
  4. restrict any other individual from using the PMC service;
  5. create user accounts via automated means;
  6. excessively flagging /reporting /requesting removal of content;
  7. engage in any activity that violates the legal rights of another individual/s;
  8. falsely represent the identity of another individual;
  9. post content that falsely specifies any endorsement on the part of PMC and/or its subsidiaries;
  10. upload content that violates the patent, copyright and/or trademark rights or another party;
  11. upload defamatory, vulgar, obscene and/or illegal content;

PMC prohibits any conduct described above. However, users of the site acknowledge and agree that they may be exposed to such conduct and content. As a result, users of the site acknowledge and agree to use the site at their own risk.

Members of the PMC service acknowledge that they may view and/or encounter content that is inconsistent with their own points of view. PMC is not responsible for rectifying any disagreements that may arise from these circumstances. PMC, however, can exercise control in rectifying such disputes should it wish to exercise such authority. The vehicles PMC’s may choose to excise could include removal of content, suspension of membership and removal of membership; however, PMC is not strictly limited to the methods listed above.

Reporting Content and/or Member Conduct

There are two methods to report any behaviour and/or content that you believe violates your rights and/or the Terms of Service:

  1. Click on the “Report” link in the post box, comment box and or inbox for messages;
  2. Send a message to PMC at support@panvistamedia.com which should also include the reason for your given report and a link to the act being reported.
      3. Each report will be handled on a case-by-case basis and all users acknowledge and agree to hold PMC harmless regardless of the end result in each instance.
